The Master of Management (MM) Program of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) participated in the Research and Publication Webinar Series #1 organized by the Association of Indonesian Master of Management Programs (APMMI). The webinar, entitled “Generating Impactful Ideas and Research Planning,” was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on Friday, 23 January 2026, at 1:00 PM WIB.

The webinar featured Widya Paramita, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Head of the Master of Science and Doctoral Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, as the main speaker. The session was moderated by Dr. Y. Werner R. Murhadi, S.E., M.M., a lecturer of the Master of Management Program at Universitas Surabaya.

This academic event aimed to enhance the research capacity of students and lecturers, particularly in developing impactful research ideas and conducting systematic research planning to support high-quality national and international publications.

The participation of MM UNDIP in this webinar reflects the program’s strong commitment to strengthening research culture and academic publication, as well as expanding national academic networking among Master of Management programs through APMMI. MM UNDIP students actively engaged in the session and gained valuable insights into practical research strategies relevant to contemporary academic and societal needs.

The event concluded with a group photo session involving all participants and speakers, guided by Mirwan Surya Perdhana, S.E., M.M., Ph.D., Head of the Master of Management Program, Universitas Diponegoro. This closing session served as a form of documentation and a symbol of academic collaboration among Master of Management programs across Indonesia.

Through active participation in academic forums such as this webinar, MM UNDIP continues to support the enhancement of the university’s tridharma, particularly in research and scholarly publication, in line with UNDIP’s vision as a world-class research university.
