The Master of Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro successfully conducted the Scientific Article Writing Training in Management for MM students on March 13–14, 2026. This activity is part of a structured training series aimed at strengthening students’ competencies in conducting and writing research suitable for scientific publication.

The March session (Session 2) focused on designing high-quality and publishable research. In this stage, students were guided to understand the logical structure of scientific research and how to develop a coherent research design that can be transformed into a scientific article.

The training began on Friday, March 13, 2026 (09:00–11:00 WIB) with a session delivered by Dr. Farida Indriani, who discussed literature review and identifying research gaps. Participants learned how to critically analyze previous studies, identify inconsistencies, and find meaningful research gaps that contribute to academic development.

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, the program continued with two sessions. The first session, held at 10:00–12:00 WIB, was delivered by Dr. Wisnu Mawardi, focusing on identifying meaningful research topics and problems. Students were trained to differentiate between general topics and specific research problems, as well as to formulate research questions that are academically valuable and publishable.

The second session on the same day, held at 12:00–14:00 WIB, was presented by Dr. Kardison Lumban Batu, covering research results, interpretation, and contributions. This session emphasized how research findings should be interpreted based on theory and how to articulate theoretical, methodological, and practical contributions.

Additionally, Dr. I Made Bayu Dirgantara contributed to the training by providing insights on the role of theory, conceptual frameworks, and method formulation in ensuring alignment between research problems, theoretical foundations, and methodological approaches.

All sessions took place at the MM Hall, 4th Floor, Prof. Soewito Room, with an interactive learning approach that encouraged active discussion and engagement among participants.
