Semarang, the Chancellor of Diponegoro University (Undip) officially inaugurated officials and appointed Non ASN Diponegoro University Permanent Employees on Wednesday (02/06) at the Prof. Building. Soedarto, S.H Undip Tembalang Campus at 14.30 WIB.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Undip Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum., Vice Chancellor and Dean of Diponegoro University, started by singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya together. Then continued with the reading of the Decree (SK) of the Rector of Diponegoro University Number 2955/UN7.P/KP/2021 to Number 2968/UN7.P/KP/2021 and the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 23650/A3/KP.05.00/2021 .
Undip officials who are inaugurated will occupy several positions in the first functional positions, namely Head of Department, Chair, and Secretary of the Study Program. In addition, there is an appointment through adjustment/inpassing of the functional position of Implementing Archives and the appointment of Undip Non ASN Permanent Employees from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture with the position of teaching.
Furthermore, accompanied by their respective clergy, Undip Non ASN Officials and Permanent Employees were sworn in before the Undip Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum. Taking the oath of office is carried out according to their respective religious beliefs.
Undip Chancellor in his speech said that all participants should always be grateful for the blessings of God Almighty. Because in the current pandemic situation, Diponegoro University is able to improve the welfare of its employees through the Inauguration of Officials and the Appointment of Non ASN Permanent Employees.
The Chancellor also reminded that after the inauguration, employee performance must continue to be improved. “But please, there were many incidents in the past when the contract employee was sregep [diligent], after being appointed as a permanent employee, Sak penake dewe [at his own will].
