Diponegoro International Journal of Business (DIJB) is a biannually (June and December) peer-reviewed journal issued by Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro. DIJB aims to be the media for publishing empirical issues related to business studies.

DIJB invites manuscripts in the some topics including marketing management, finance management, operation management, human resource management, innovation management, knowledge management, organizational behaviour, organizational development, change management, international business, and Islamic business.

DIJB is nationally accredited (rank 3) based on the Decree of the Minister of Research and Technology/Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency Number 85/M/KPT/2020
